Nethercut is in trouble. His main theme with Foley (besides Foley being a democrat) was that he was a lifer in the house and term limits were the only way to go so the nation could bet back to Jeffersonian ideals of "Citizen Legislators."

So true. Howard Coble (House of Rep.) - if term limits were arbitrary he'd be gone and that would be a real shame. He's the rare one you want to keep in office.
