In an earlier message I said that maybe congress could limit terms on chairmanships. It occurs to me now that they've already done that. I believe a chairman is allowed three terms. Thats a little progress isn't it?

I know how you feel about having democrats everywhere in your state and not seeing very many republicans. I spent a few years in Connecticut and there were times I thought I was in occupied territory. Its a little better there now, though, they elected a moderate republican governor, but the two houses are democrat controlled and state institutions are hard left, and they do not tire in their efforts to stifle what the governor wants to do.
