. It came to the right legal conclusion in the end but only after making life painful and exhausting for everyone involved.

The fact is that there are some real issues that need to be addressed by Comcast and Comcast@Home. I experienced nothing near what this woman experienced in trying to deal with getting TV Cable and @Home here from Comcast....but they kept shuttling me between the two companies and one does not know what the other has done. I basically had the service rep (using the word service loosely) from Comcast calling me a liar and making fun of my responses while I was on the phone with her.
Thankfully, I had the name and direct line of her superior from my previous contact with the company in trying to get the cable run up to my house. I was able to detail to him how rude and discourtious this rep was to me. As a stock holder in ATHM I'd hate to think that anyone would go through what I did, let alone what this other woman went through! That WAS straight out of Kafka! And I know how the slow wheels of justice here in good ole Baltimore grind. This is a city with more school administrators than teachers, more government workers than tax payers (or at least it seems that way).

"Too cheap to spend money defending yourself when you are absolutely innocent and anyone with half a brain should be able to see it?"

"The "system" did exactly what it often does. It came to the right legal conclusion in the end but only after making life painful and exhausting for everyone involved."

Eric- I'm sure O.J. Simpson is sure glad the wheels of Justice stopped at the right decision. It's too bad he had to spend so much money for his defense/freedom. Hehehehe.

It's my birthday, and I've had a few. I couldn't resist!:0)
