OT Click Click

Here is a thing you can do to save your thumb: switch to point to select, single click to open.

I stayed away from this one for a long time, just out of spite for Microsoft's attempt to make me more Internet savy, but after trying it for a while, I wouldn't go back.

To make the change: go to: START > SETTINGS>>FOLDER OPTIONS>GENERAL TAB >SETTINGS , and check the box for point to select, single click to open.

The only place I have found this inconvenient is when doing backups of selected folders within a folder, where I want to select non-contiguous folders. I must steer the pointer around the folders I don't want to select.
