It is coming my friend.......do you own a DSS dish? They have an inexpensive kit you can buy that was designed for the big RV owner. When going on vacation you simply put your DSS receiver in this case and when you have reached your destination you unpack it set and plug it in. It has a portable DSS dish you set up on the ground next to your RV. It only takes a few seconds to line it up and tune in the satellite signal and presto, all the TV viewing you had at home!

It will work the same way with the ISP DSS/AOL connection I feel quite sure. Talk about mobile Internet!

Ps: How is Tammy Fay BTW??

>>Vendit - I'm using AOL from my summer house in Maine. All the AOL telephone numbers are 50 miles away, so it costs me 15 cents per minute, or roughly $10 per day for an hour's use. The speed is slow but ok for email and thread use: e.g., login (with a 56K modem) says "32000 bps", actual measured speed is 27,400 bps. DSS would be a big improvement up here.
