Dale, I actually wasn't trying to be sarcastic. ANCR actually gets an autopsy because I was so wrong about it. The chart does fit your specs, did you take a look? It's hard to find charts that are more bullish. Further, if you discount the one day spike to 41 in 1996 it's sitting at it's all time high. The spike to 41 lasted a couple of hours, I think the time spent in the 40's may have been measured in minutes. Isn't it possible they've turned the corner?
