{ky} Have you relocated to Kentucky? I dont think the shares would/will rocket either just because DGIV could/is going to file with the SEC before the new deadline either but I do think it would be some cause for some kind of share price appreciation once the event happens. Just validates a few things folks have been wondering about for months now. OT Sure hope a certain gold concern ends the speculation this coming week. Ok, I wont tell you the MM's dont make a fortune with penny stocks. They do. And its on the spreads and on the unsuspecting investors who trade these issues without the facts!! Jane at the beach

Ronaldo, Hey my friend, you have been silent for some time now. Good to see you again. The way things are presented it looks like many OTC-BB Co.'s don't qualify and will be delisted. This gave me some small concern until I checked it out. There is nothing that they have to qualify for, all they have to do is file financials. These companies are not going to the NAZ board, they will stay on the BB's if they file, plain and simple. If they do not file, they do not stop trading, they just go to the pinks and we lose because of not being able to get quotes. But again, the key is, for them to stay on the BB Board all they have to do is file, they do not have to make minimum anything, nor do they have to qualify for anything in the future that they do not have to qualify for now.
