Ohhhhh, a real double boiler!!! Oh, well, you are very rich, so you can afford one. ;-)

I do hope you use it, particularly to make some homemade tapioca pudding. While I am sure that the tubs of it are delicious, there is nothing like a pudding cooking on the stove.

Does anyone have a recipe for really delicious rice pudding, incidentally? I like CREAMY rice pudding with raisins.
