Gail -- I have 2 questions. (1) how do you know this; and (2) how could this not be considered material non-public information which should be made public at the same time it is being told to an analyst?

I do not believe that is true... Thornley Said that they had surpassed sales and royalties for the previous quarter. Not estimates for the current quarter. Remember the base for earnings last quarter was $1.20 for the non Infrastructure division. So the earnings will reflect a non Infrastructure 6 weeks or so from 5/24 - 6/30. Does anyone no if Q took the onetime gain from the sale of infra yet. I know there will be a 100 mil or so charge this Q as well. Dan D
