I should explain what I meant by macros. It's actually a template. It seems I am working with it but not intentionally. Somehow, whenever I open a new document, this template also opens. I don't know how to turn it "off". Maybe I shouldn't even care. I would like to know what it does and how it works, but I can't find a thing about it in the help menu. Mike

This site is titled "Smart Computing in plain English." It looks like it might be of use to those of us searching for answers. By the way Mark, my Netscape 4.61 browser finally crashed for the first time this morning. Was doing nothing more then accessing a web page. And so the search for the crash free browser goes on. : )
