Lisa- 1. I hope the IC statute dies a painful death. I have always thought it was unconstitutional both as applied to Reagan, Bush and Clinton and always said so long before all the liberal intelligentsia. Paybacks can be a bitch. Pardon me for my lack of sympathy. I think the irony is simply delicious.

2. NOTHING that Ken Starr has done is either unusual or unethical (with the exception of his testimony in Congress- I have mixed emotions over that) and if you know anything about the law you know that.

3. Ken Starr has been unjustly vilified for doing his job, a job clearly defined by the IC statute. As you know, Judge Starr is prohibited from making a full defense of his actions and the WH and its attack dogs knew this too.

4. Please tell me you are not teaching your students that affirmative lying, perjury and abuse of office not to mention abuse of your wife and family and serial adultery are acceptable behavior in our President.
