<<MRVC will sell MRV division first. Afterward, Xyplex/Nbase, Charlotte Web, Near Access may all go at once to a buyer or in pieces if a single buyer does not come forward. Noam made the decision to sell before last conference call.>>

Are you trying to state this as your opinion, or do you have any factual basis for this part of your post?

<<MRVC will have to sell pieces off - one at a time, to different companies with specific interests in each of the pieces. I think it is inevitable that MRVC must sell out, and this is the time to do it. >>

Well, I respectfully disagree. Inevitable? Probably yes.

The time is now? No. The time is about 2 years from now, IMO. Their new products are winners, but they haven't even started selling yet. They should be able to sell all they can make the next couple of years.

There are too many large players with deep pockets, and MRVC can not compete in R&D capital and personnel longterm.>>

Yes, their pockets are deep, but MRVC is still much nimbler and also much more innovative. Longterm you are right, but now they are sitting on a rich ore vein that has yet to be mined and all the mining equipment is in place. Wait until the vein is almost ready to be used up.
