I agree with that.... and I suspect that what's disturbing in my contributions to this board is my derogatory picture of Germany. Because such a talk dissents from the US mainstream's (mind-)gatekeepers. As I said earlier, the US establishment has bet the ranch on Germany: nowadays, it's much more easier for German capitalism to expand worldwide and into Anglo-Saxon capitalism than it is for France (DaimlerChrysler, Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust, Bertelsmann/AOL, and lately, the rumored partnership between DASA and Lockheed-Martin, e.g.). The reason being that France represents an implacable challenger to the US's global leadership whereas Germany's still a castrated economical fatso (like Japan). Hence, this ''CyberGestapo'' finds it highly counterproductive not to show Germany as a repentant sinner who no longer deserves the post-WWII ostracizing yoke. Regards, Gustave.
