Bought a couple Dell 550s for work Thurs., they shipped Fri. The $100 dollar off offer on printers did not apply to my printer (HP color). Asked about stockholder specials and was told none available (could not finish order on internet site as I had to customize and ask a couple questions). Guess they are getting every dollar out of customers possible! <g> tim
