Note that plenty of fraudulent companies use Business Wire for their release, and yet this "question of terms" has never come up. Only with Webnode, an April Fool's educational tool for the good of any potential investor.

Indeed!... Which leads one to interpret [and firmly believe] that the real reason why legal action was brought against you three, is to protect "the source of business" for BW. [i.e. bread and butter business].

Since it seems that there is an inexhaustible source of seemingly fraudulent companies using BW as a channel of distribution of their rubbish, labeled "Business News"....

....Not to mention the "prestige" that BW seemingly carries, in the eyes of fools that buy into both the painted lies under the guise of "news, and/or PR announcements", and/or the said prestige image created by the fallacy, that just because it has a "stamp" of recognition by BW, "then it surely must be factual".

You are to be commended for the effort, the risk, and the time you three are putting into this. Because not only are you educating the public, further, if successful in this current action, it is my belief that you will force BW and any other similar organization to clean up their act and serve as a "filtering" service to the investing community..... not just distribute the first piece of rubbish someone asks them to publish, just because they pay a fee.

My instincts, while mot infallible, tell me you will prevail, as I insist that I smell rat. When you do, I hope you grow to become filthy rich as a result of a book, educational film, or whatever other project as a result....

At the very least, the educational material that you are providing is extremely valuable so the hundreds [if not thousands] of morons that fall prey to the many companies that seem to turn out fraudulent or deceiving, could be educated by this material, only if they read some of it and carried out a minimal degree of effort to learn more about the particular company an/or issue.

The Internet, and in particular, companies like BW seem to be facilitating the task that said fraudulent/deceiving companies are capable of performing upon the "investing" public.

As they say... you can lead a mule to water, but you can not make it drink !

Best of luck.
