Cypress, Abaddon with Falconbridge to explore Cypress Minerals Corp CYP Shares issued 19,956,571 Jun 25 close $0.06 Mon 28 Jun 99 News Release Mr. Don Huston reports Cypress Minerals and Abaddon Resources Inc. have entered into a joint venture agreement with Falconbridge Limited, one of the world's largest nickel producers, to collectively explore 29 mineral claims in the Lac Rocher area of northwestern Quebec. The claim block occurs within a larger land holding owned jointly by Cypress and Abaddon approximately two kilometers west of the Nuinsco Resources discovery area. The joint venture partners have agreed to conduct a first-phase exploration program on the 29 claims consisting of an airbonie EM survey, prospecting and geological mapping. The exploration program, which will be funded 50 per cent by Falconbridge and 25 per cent each by Cypress and Abaddon, should be completed by the end of July, 1999.
