I am not trying to be difficult. But we have had a extended bull market, and interest rates have bottomed out. That does not mean that they have to go up higher.

If anything, you'd think that after so many years of stellar performance the markets would concede that Greenspan will not let inflation get out of control.

The problem with economic indicators is that Marty Zweig used to follow about 50 of them, and I was a disciple of his for years and even then he usually did not have much predictive power.

But I don't know. Where do you think things are going from here? It is a devastatingly bearish sign that Glenn Rudolph is long AMZN.
