Yep, lots of loaning going on between the Hales and the company... There's nothing wrong with multiple family members in a business, but this is starting to feel a bit too cozy for my tastes. Seems that the personal and the company business is intertangled in every way imaginable. Of course, the only really important question for me at this point is what it will do within 60 days. I can already tell you that I don't like the smell of this one nearly enough to consider it a long termer in my portfolio. And I'm just really puzzled as to what RedHerring is hearing about this IPO that makes them think it's gonna "explode" when it starts trading.
