You know, after briefly looking at those candidates from the search you performed for me, I will probably reject most on basis such as lack of movement (low Beta) or industries that I know little about (real estate, pharm's) and have no feel for. I should have added criteria that you and X-Joe-O discussed a few posts back that seem more appropriate for stock contest picks. For contest purpose, given the two month horizon, I should pick them from high-Beta list, recent IPOs, and notorious high flyers -- not the sort of stocks I normally invest in. Hmmm, -- let us know your picks and the also-rans :-). Again, thanks. Tulvio
