Like lets say I know I am going to be buying 200 SEEK at 45, 45 1/16, or 44 15/15 depending on where I see support on L2 for a daytrade. I would program in before open that CTRL+q would mean buy 200 at 45, CTRL+w would be 200 at 45 1/16 etc... Gets you very fast executions that way. It sends it right on ISLD and its an almost instantanious fill. The only thing that gets me worried is what about accidentally knocking a book over on the keyboard and putting in the order when I don't want to...
