Buy it at or below 10...Cheap relative to Capitol Federal in Topeka which recently converted. Management of Hudson is smart and good. But you need a 2 year time horizon for them to complete the second step. He had a deposit but did not participate in the offering. He will probably buy in the after market, particularly if He can buy shares around 9 bucks. Mr. P$nk
