iCommerce Group Launches Traffic Building Ad Campaign
Ads to Appear on Leading Web Sites, Including Yahoo, LinkExchange, Metacrawler, Go2Net and Silicon Investor
KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1999--iCommerce Group, Inc. (OTC BB:ICGI - news) today reported that it has launched a traffic building advertising campaign for its various Internet e-commerce sites, including its newest Internet property, MusicInStock.com (www.MusicInStock.com), the Company's recently launched 247mall (www.247mall.com), and SJI Tobacco (www.sjitobacco.com), its premium cigar and tobacco site.

The advertising campaign will ultimately include its soon-to-be launched reverse auction site, CutThePrice.com (www.CutThePrice.com).

The advertising program commenced on June 24, 1999, with the first advertisements appearing on various sites throughout the Go2Net Network. Among Go2Net sites that iCommerce Group will utilize are Metacrawler (www.metacrawler.com), 100Hot.com (www.100Hot.com), StockSite.com (www.stocksite.com ),Go2Net (www.go2net.com), Silicon Investor (www.siliconinvestor.com), and Haggle.com (www.haggle.com ). In addition, advertising on LinkExchange (www.linkexchange.com), Thomson Investor (www.thomsoninvest.net) and Yahoo (www.yahoo.com)are expected to begin on or about July 1, 1999.

i-CommerceGroup, Inc. (OTC BB:ICGI) today reported that it, as part of
its recently initiated traffic building advertising campaign designed
to promote its various Internet e-commerce sites, has reached an
agreement with ZDNET for the purchase of 1.5 million banner ads on
select Internet Channels operated by ZDNET.

Some of the ZDNET's Internet Channels that will be utilized in the
campaign are Yahoo Internet Life (www.yil.com), Game Spot
(www.gamespot.com), Video Games (www.videogames.com) and Interactive
Investor (www.zdii.com).

i-Commerce Group recently launched a wide-ranging advertising campaign
which includes ad placements on a variety of leading Internet sites,
