Thanks SgtPepper, it seems like everyone of the online brokers has more than it's fair share of problems. Of course getting a live broker to do what you want isn't easy either.

My biggest problem is just having enough time to even execute a trade in a timely fashion.

Any other suggestions on level II out there? How about watching it at one site and trading somewhere more reliable? If so where?

SgtP, do you use a windows operating system? I believe myTrade is set up for use with windows....IC
