when a company has a chance and "1/3 of the float is selling short" it's actually a good sing for me. i see shorts the same way as long: we all get to be wrong sometimes. from my experience, the shorts who averaged high will resist covering. i don't think there was a squeeze this time since i know no one that was forced to return shares. just like longs, the shorts may panic as well. but it aint a squeeze.
