Well, Joan, the interesting thing about the ACLU is that they infuriate almost every American on one occasion or another. Just when I think they are totally disgusting, they take a stand on some other issue with which I totally agree. I do believe they are trying to protect Constitutional rights, but the way that plays out is sometimes stunning (and not in a good way).
