Bill... clearly the advertising campaign isn't aimed at old farts like us! 8)

Now... if you want to get the name HWP on the lips of a 12 yr old ninja wanna be so the answer to "What do you want for Christmas?" is "I want an HP Ninja PC!" it might be a reasonable add...

This could be much more profitable than marketing cold, dead fish as sushi.

Agreed.

They're stupid.

Especially as I can crash NT 4.0 in about 10 seconds on any platform (HP, CPQ, Dell, etc.). Unstoppable? Give me a break!

In the meantime, not a lot of promotion on the notebooks, which I believe are really neat products. Not really targeted to consumers, but neither are NT workstation PCs.
