Annette,

I remember w-a-y back when a few people were pointing to Teo's investment in NAVR as a recommendation for others [i.e. us] to buy a stock that was going to hit it big. It would take too long for me to go back and locate any of those postings, but Teo was portrayed as a true marvel at picking stocks.

Now I wonder. For what its worth, two people I PM with here at SI from other threads, who know I have money in NAVR, have sent PMs to me (not recently) telling me that no matter what people on the NAVR thread think, in their estimation, he does not have a good track record at all picking stocks for his investments. I do value the opinions of both people. I do not know anything about Teo. At this point, I am thinking they could at least be correct when it comes to NAVR.

Let's face it. NAVR never had the potential to be another CSCO. It did not in the beginningg and it sure doesn't right now. NAVR has always been a gamble. People pointing to the fact that venture capitalists have put money in NAVR should not have been taken by us an an endorsement: there are all kinds of venture capitalists, some who play craps and some who are sharp, carefully place their funds.

Hoping I can eventually break even-

Lynn

P.S. I'm logging off for the day. Deadlines.

Found this on the thread back a bit.

Seems this guy was wrong after all.

I hope your break even point isn't very far from where the stock is trading. Remember, the float is larger than what Yahoo lists. May take a LONG time to see 18 again.
