Lance, my understanding of Piker is:
piker (pì'ker) noun
Slang.
1.A cautious gambler.
2.A person regarded as petty or stingy.

[Possibly from Piker, a poor migrant to California, after Pike County in eastern Missouri.]

I think if you understood Mr. P$nk youd realize he isn't a day trader and probably despises those who attempt to manipulate the game using others money. Infact his recomendations/ideas usually have a minimum time horizon of a couple of weeks. I took P$nks comment to mean that Freddy and Kimbrule are gamblers (the piker meaning small time gambler)in that they don't have any fundamental support for their "investiment" decisions.
