TA, thank you for the post, this is an important concept for me...
below is a copy of a post showing that someone may have benefited from the R/S comment.
I will try to find if there are R/S for INSP on this date, but this one could just be the result of pre-set date.
Is there an SEC document that would show 'release' dates on stock?

The sky is falling! News tonight is that 1.9 million shares were released from lockup today. Trading at $55 after market. I hate this, went long at $60 1/2 today and I was buying at the close(1000 @ $57 1/2). So much for buying the dips. NASDAQ futures are up 13.5
