Larry, use the Organize button in Outlook, it should be located on the Standard toolbar, and if not, can be added through the customize option. To customize a tool bar right click on any open (blank) space on the tool bar and a contact sensitive menu will pop up.

In the title bar of the Organize dialog box, select RULES WIZARD.

Select the NEW button.

The default rule is CHECK MESSAGES WHEN THEY ARRIVE. Leave it as is.

Select NEXT.

Scroll down the list and put a check mark in the box next to the WITH SPECIFIC WORDS IN THE SENDER'S ADDRESS option.

Click on the link to SPECIFIC WORDS in the RULE DESCRIPTION window below the WITH CONDITIONS box.

Enter the specific words in the box. Something such as "witcapital" or "NewIssueAlert."

Select the NEXT button.

Check the box next to the FORWARD IT TO PEOPLE OR DISTRIBUTION LIST selection.

Again, select the link to the action in the lower window. Add the addresses of those you want notified from the address book.

Select NEXT.

There is now a list of EXCEPTION actions. You can move on from here.

At the end, give the rule a name and make sure it is turned on (check box, default in ON.

Good luck. This is for Outlook 98.
