Dale, BRCD is one of many hot IPOs which have gone public with 3-5 million shares and whose float is around 10% of total outstanding. Couple that with Morgan Stanley as lead, you have a hot stock with almost no supply and a big demand. In a good market, this almost guarantees an overpriced stock. I don't buy this type of offering. But ANCR appeals to me because it is selling at 70+ percent discount to BRCD. I look for the differential between them to close substantially. This may also partly explain the recent surge in ANCR's chart.
