Jeffrey, right or wrong simply is, it is not a matter for decision. No, I haven't heard about a court deciding whether April Fool's Day is a crime. There is a case of which I'm aware that involves a specific joke, but not the entire day. IMO, the only way BW will win their lawsuit is if they have enough money to throw at it. SLAPP suits are definitely more wrong than April Fool's jokes.
