There is no telling, but the warrant gives SUNW
incentive up thru $100m to ANCR and is in effect
thru the next 3 years.

I look at it this way: SUNW is the most significant
seller of fibre channel based equipment. SUNW is
the most desirable OEM for ANCR or BRCD. ANCR
got SUNW in spite of the fact that a major founder
of BRCD was also a founder of SUNW.
