All you have to do is look at the business summary on quote.yahoo.com. "INLD provides consulting and other professional services for gaming operations with Native American tribes. Substantially all of its revenue is earned from a consulting agreement with the Barona Tribe (CA). For the nine months ended 3/31/99, revenues rose 3% to $11 million. Net loss totaled $111 thousand, vs. income of $1.5 million. Results reflect higher revenue due to the acquisition of Cyberworks, offset by costs for web-site development and on-line marketing."

1. Almost all their rev is from 1 source. If that dries up, they're dead.
2. Their revenue for 9 months rose 3%. SNMM's revenue is growing 100-200%.
3. They are losing money. SNMM is making money.
4. They are in completely different market segments. INLD is consulting to brick and mortar casinos and SNMM is making online casinos. INLD may be moving into online casinos, but SNMM is already established as the #1 provider.

If you have money in INLD, you would be better off pulling it out and putting it in SNMM.

Herc, you have a lot of Due Diligence to do. SNMM is in a class apart in all respects. There is no comparison among the two.
