Pal, The fact is that many shareholders buy and sell and it wouldn't make sense to have the brokerage company arrange to send shareholder materials to people who just have stocks a few days or months. You may even have some stocks like this, right? Anyway, let your broker and DELL IR know that you are serious, and they will start sending things to you. I had to do the same thing.

I seem to get all he proxy material from Waterhouse. THis is true for all my accounts with them.

OTOTOT FYI - I have Dell in a Waterhouse A/C and I received my proxy materials a while ago. I haven't had the Dell stock all that long.
