Hey you asked me to provide documentation from Ligand and I gave it to you. I'm not surprised your trying to spin your way out of this, its your MO as everyone on this board knows. I provided the documentation just like I said I would and the slips are even worse than I first predicted. One report said both NDA's in 1998, the other report said both NDA's in the second half (Jul-Dec 98)of 1998. Let's use the second half 1998 to early 1999 estimate as the baseline: Oral Targretin is then late from 3-11 months(calculated by using either Jul98 or Mar99 as the starting estimate), Targretin gel is late from 3 - 12 months and still counting. The baseline is what your measured against when figuring a slip, not your latest estimate. You can never have a slip if you schedule the way you do (where you use the revised estimate as the baseline). Try reading some Project Management books.
