stock) and are reluctant to part with their stake. Investors are be-
ginning to look for long-term gains (buy and hold) in infrastructure plays that aid the buildout of the Internet. That's my take on at
least one reason why volume continues to be light. Couple that with
Fed rate jitters, summer doldrums and you may see very little selling
in the short term. Maybe this is an advantage for you and the other
shorts--take your best shot!!
