Investartist,

Thank you for your take on RMBS. One of the biggest issues I had to grapple with when I took my initial stake in RMBS was the quality of the management. I personally feel that the leadership is top notch. We've taken our jabs on the thread occasionally because there has been the feeling from time to time that they are way too conservative in the PR dept., but these guys have been sticking to their knitting from what I can see and laying a fantastic groundwork for future profitability. I have totally ignored the scalibility arguments against RMBS, because I frankly do not believe for one minute that INTC would have given their backing to an architecture with limited expansion. And anyone who thinks they know exactly what future potential is at this juncture are fools.

>>He stated that he expects the net profits to be in the "Hundreds of Millions" soon because they will have a very high gross profit margin.<<

>>He stated that he expects the net profits to be in the "Hundreds of Millions" soon because they will have a very high gross profit margin. They were very proud of this model and their future.<<

using ian's assumption that "hundreds" means at least 200, giving us a minimum earnings per share of $8. at our current share price of 90 we will "soon" have a pe of 11.

or will we??

anyone think we will be able to hold an 11 pe with a growth rate going "soon" from $0.25 up to a minimum of $8.00 per share or about
+ %3,200 minimum?
