Doug H --- in that Intel already has a 3% stake in BRCM why didn't Intel buy BRCM instead of Levl 1 ???

Also, didn't Intel recently delay its acquisition of Level 1??? Does this portend a possible change in strategy by Intel or just arranging the particulars?

Any thoughts on this appreciated.

PS--- a possible arbitrage is buying shares of Levl1 as a cheaper way to buy Intel for those interested in buying Intel.

I noticed that LU was not on your list of BRCM customers. Are they really able to meet all their own needs through their in-house capacity? And now they have NexaBit, too, but it would be nice to have them on the customer bandwagon as they have one enormous budget.
