I'm not sure how I had missed this before. These two quotes are from the Q's annual report last November (no i dont have a life). Did everyone else know this and it just hasnt been talked about in a while? I wonder if this will apply to CDMA2000 (or 3G in general). Under the terms of their agreements, Motorola and Lucent also have the right to manufacture and sell CDMA ASICs of their own design to licensees. Motorola is entitled, subject to the terms of its license agreement, to share in a percentage of third-party royalties paid by licensees to the Company. biz.yahoo.com Slacker
