Yes, the circumstances one would have to postulate would be unusual ones, for sure. And of course a law against rape will impact male rapists disparately, there being so many more of them. There have been a few statutory rape cases against females recently. Though I suspect that with statutory rape, there is a gender disparity caused only partly by the larger number of male statutory rapists. Partly responsible also, I suspect, would be the existence of a double standard in which male victims of statutory rape are more likely to be congratulated than commiserated. Most parents of sons would find the double standard unfair, and certainly would if the rape resulted in their young son's contracting a disease or becoming a father.

Here's another possibility.:

A wife drugs her husband, attaches a huge plastic dildo around her waist and f---- his rectum raw until he is bleeding and has internal injuries. He awakes from his stupor and must be rushed to a hospital.

Will she be charged with rape if she claims she did it while sleepwalking?
