Ever think of appearing nude at one of the conferences?

Weird that you should say that, when Russ was on CNBC for that infamous appearance with chubby cheeks, he was wearing a sort of tan/salmon suit coat and he was in just a small window ....at first glance I thought he had no shirt on!

Lack of coverage....all these guys are going to be falling all over themselves to say that they knew all along that GNET was the company a year from now. Right now its safe to say Steve Harmon was there first going out on a limb with GNET. These other guys don't predict something until it happens. To say that they are reactive would be kind. You get coverage from a firm because you have given them business- your IPO or a secondary offering. GNET found a better way to raise cash through PA that was not dilutive (is that a word?) Also, it seems that all the attention has been on those companies that have chosen the "AOL model" of going after market share at the expense of profits. Gnet has chosen to grow by choosing viral sites to acquire at a reasonable cost, sites that actually make money.
Also, never underestimate Wall Streets ability to kill a sector by throwing too much money at it. I run a small business that competes with other small businesses....How long do you think I could stay in business against a competitor that does not have to make a profit? If the street keeps throwing money at these businesses without them having to profit eventually the whole Ponzi scheme will come crashing down. When this all shakes down....those companies that are profitable will remain....because the Street will eventually expect a return and when it isn't forthcoming they will take their money and go else-where. If you have what people want....you don't have to market, they will find you.
