I am not sure what Greenway thinks they can do with the company (short of changing the name). I would rather see operators operating the company ... now, I am not sure what Greenway's view of the Board representation means ... and whether this will force immediate management changes ... just don't tell me that Greenway is going to turn the company around with the folks who are running Outboard Marine. I am partial to voting with management. I have not owned the stock for the last 5 years. I feel for people who have, but, in terms of my relationship with the company, Farah et. al. have done a very fine job. The industry has sucked ... and it should get better ... The whole thing is interesting ... but, it is also very expensive ... I just hope that the back-to-school business gets better and that we move back toward the operating model that management has outlined ... --Duker
