VLDC run from 6 to 29 a few weeks back. Its float makes it an explosive stock. E loan IPO will make it rock

Take a look at SPCO on level 2. And look at the ISLD book also. Somebody has pretty high hopes to have an order in to sell 2,000 shares at 20. Level 2 looks good though.
