Sedona Systems See Acquisition of Print Data Corp. to Close Ahead of Schedule
In August

Business Editors/Hi-Tech Writers

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 1999--

Acquisition will generate earning in the fourth quarter; Provides
Important Marketing Alliance for Launch of REPRINT.COM

Sedona Systems Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:CJMT) announced
today that the acquisition of Print Data Corp., a leading distributor
of business forms, commercial printing, computer supplies and services
worldwide, is going better than expected and will close early in
August.
The companies have outlined an aggressive expansion plan for
Print Data Corp, and will in the process, gain an important marketing
alliance for Sedona Systems' upcoming launch of REPRINT.COM.
Sedona Systems announced last month that REPRINT.COM, a new
international overnight document delivery service that utilizes the
instant mass distribution capabilities of the Internet and the latest
Internet technologies, will be available ahead of schedule on or
before September 1st, 1999. The service provides a faster and more
reliable way to send documents overseas.
Customers simply transmit their documents via the Internet, to a
worldwide network of professional printing facilities for output and
delivery in four hours or less. The site is already accepting letters
of interest from companies that wish to become part of the global
network. Corporate and individual customers may subscribe for future
use of the service as well.
"This acquisition is key for a faster rollout of our services. We
have many possibilities to expand the Print Data Corp. Division to the
west coast." said Norm Clarke, vice president of Sedona Systems. "The
acquisition of Print Data Corp. will extend that network and add a
substantial customer base of primarily Fortune 500 customers."
The REPRINT.COM network makes it possible to deliver full-color
or black- and-white documents with professional print quality to any
of 268 major cities across the globe. Users simply log on to the
REPRINT.COM site and with just a few keystrokes their documents are
transmitted instantaneously to their chosen destinations for immediate
delivery.
Sedona Systems is eager to move forward with the acquisition and
the worldwide launch of REPRINT.COM. The goal is to make this service,
which is becoming increasingly more important in our global economy,
available to the millions of people who currently use international
couriers and would delight in a faster, more efficient system.
The opening of the REPRINT.COM web site is the first step in the
company achieving this goal. The acquisition of Print Data Corp. is a
powerful follow-up.
With over 4.8 million in revenues and a customer base comprised
of primarily Fortune 500 companies, Print Data Corp. is in the top ten
percent of all distributors within its industry. The company has
locations in New Jersey and Delaware and has further expansion plans
for 1999.
Founded in 1992 and based in Phoenix, Sedona Systems
(www.sedona.com) provides innovative printing solutions to Windows and
Macintosh users who need to distribute and print their documents. With
several patents for new technologies and an ever-growing network of
print centers across the world, Sedona Systems is setting the standard
in remote electronic printing solutions.
