Ten,

Re "A 1 Mb DDR SDRAM made on 0.13 micron technology, running at 350 MHz,
ready to sample by year's end? Seems rather hard to believe,"

One of the Rambus thread stalwarts said the Yahoo Rambus thread folks didn't believe it and were trying to debunk it.

So, wrt 0.13, the article said it was developed with
0.13-micron design rules. I think that's different from declaring it to be actually 0.13 micron technology, isn't it?
