It is a viable mine property that when push came to shove, wasn't worth enough to save RO. Devaluation may have been a better term than destruction, as I'm sure it would be worth a pile given a $100 an oz rise in gold. And I was referring to the Kemess project and not Kinross, an entirely different mining play. Sorry for the error. --Alan

Kinross is leveraged more than some others, and wouldn't do so well in an extended period of low PoG ... it's also more of a silver producer than is commonly known, 17% exposure to the PoS if memory serves .. if not, it's higher .... i think k is bottoming, but then i thought that when i bought at 2.55 too ... also when i bought a few at ~5 in the rrsp well over a year ago -g-

It's no Royal Oak, though ... nor a Barrick with a lid on it. Good trading vehicle, imho.
