Energizer sale likely to be completed in July, and that should get them back on track to be repackagers for Valence. The following is an extract from an article in the local Gainesville, FL paper over two weeks ago (June 11) which stated 'within two months': << Priscilla Bennett, spokeswoman for Energizer in Gainesville, said the sales process is on course to sell the rechargeable business within the next two months. The company previously said 25 parties have signed confidentiality agreements and five had been qualified to submit bids.
