It does seem unlikely that sufficient consensus can be found. I'm not a term limits guy for elected officials, but what about term-limiting some of these judges?

The present Supreme Court cannot possible agree on establishing a clear criteria for Jurisprudence interpretation.
How do you think the legal system has dropped to it's present level? Lisa
