maybe this has something to do with easing of banking regulations?
wonder if it means banks will risk more or if they were risking anyway and everbody just acknowledged the fact?

So how much lower will NCT go?

Ouch...just saw it at $16.40 and it doesn't look like it has hit bottom yet. Glad I put that stop in at $25 at the major support for a small loss last month. Just one more for the, "Stops saved my butt" book. NCT has gone from ugly last month to just painfully brutal this month. So was anyone smart enough to short?
